Everytime I try a new diet pill, I always try to research them on the internet. I just got a new one to try and the one name in it made me nervous because I thought I had heard something about the one ingrediant being unsafe. The ones I have are ephedra diet pills. I was happy to find out during my research that this is not the ingrediant I thought it was. It does appear that it is a safe and effective weight loss pill. I am looking forward to trying them to see just how good they are.
